Bio

Over 25 years ago, I left cooking school and moved from kitchen to kitchen, always chasing something more. That search led me to Italy, where I didn’t just learn to cook—I learned humility, craft, and passion. Those experiences shaped who I am today and taught me the meaning of being a chef.

Since 2010, Bistro Amerigo has been a beloved destination in Montreal for those craving a genuine Italian experience. Now, after years of relationships and culinary journeys, I’m thrilled to launch my first restaurant collaboration, La Spada. This venture is my love letter to Rome, crafted with talented partners who share my vision.
