After more than 25 years in professional kitchens, I’ve learned a few simple truths:

- Food isn’t just about feeding people — it’s about expressing artistry, heritage, and life itself, one dish at a time.

My Journey

My story began over two decades ago when I left culinary school and immersed myself in kitchens across Montreal, always searching for more. That search led me to Italy, where I discovered more than technique — I discovered humility, passion, and respect for the craft. Those experiences shaped not only the way I cook, but the way I see the role of a chef: as a storyteller who brings people together through food.
